Subscriber Agreement

Entity: StatHaus LLC [pending legal name amendment back to ParlAI Picks LLC], doing business as “StatHaus” (“StatHaus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
Jurisdiction: State of Ohio, United States

This Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of subscription-based access (“Subscription”) to the analytics, reports, and other member-only content provided by StatHaus LLC through its website and related services (“Services”).
By purchasing or renewing a Subscription, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as StatHaus’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Subscription Access

Upon successful payment, StatHaus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access member-only content for the period stated at purchase (“Subscription Term”).
Access may include AI-generated reports, parlay insights, statistical summaries, and proprietary data displays.

You agree not to share login credentials or permit others to access your account. Each Subscription is for individual use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment and Renewal

Subscription fees and terms are disclosed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Automatic Renewals: If offered and selected, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the Term unless you cancel prior to renewal.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the nature of digital and time-sensitive content, all Subscription fees are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

  • Pricing Changes: StatHaus reserves the right to modify pricing for future renewals or new Subscriptions. Any changes will be posted in advance on the Site.

3. Use of Content

All materials provided through your Subscription—including but not limited to written analyses, reports, data visualizations, HTML/Markdown content, and AI-generated insights—are proprietary to StatHaus LLC.

You may:

  • View and use such content for your own personal informational purposes;

  • Reference summaries in private discussions, provided you do not reproduce the underlying proprietary work.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, post, or distribute any StatHaus content publicly or commercially;

  • Share member-only materials with non-subscribers, including screenshots, excerpts, or reports;

  • Resell or repackage StatHaus analytics or predictions under any brand or entity;

  • Reverse-engineer or extract data from StatHaus systems.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Subscription without refund and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify StatHaus immediately at contact@stathaus.ai
StatHaus is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

StatHaus strives to maintain continuous access to Subscription content but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update, suspend, or modify any portion of the Services at our discretion, including analytics methods, presentation formats, or subscription tiers.
Where practical, notice will be provided for material changes.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All Subscription content is partially or fully generated using artificial-intelligence tools and third-party data integrations.
While StatHaus employs rigorous curation and validation, the information is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or predictive.

You understand and agree that:

  • StatHaus content is for informational and entertainment purposes only;

  • No betting, gambling, or financial outcomes are promised or implied;

  • You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on StatHaus content.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation prevents renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period of your current Term.

StatHaus reserves the right to terminate any Subscription or account without notice if:

  • You violate this Agreement or any StatHaus policy;

  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;

  • StatHaus ceases operations or discontinues the Service.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement immediately expire.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatHaus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your Subscription or use of the Services.

Your sole remedy in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for your most recent Subscription Term.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StatHaus LLC, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual-property or privacy rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

11. Entire Agreement and Updates

This Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and StatHaus LLC regarding Subscription use.
StatHaus may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
